Shelia is the most wonderful realtor you could hope to find. Sheila is phenomenal🌟 Her years of experience give her a huge advantage in complicated real estate transactions and she is able to navigate contracts with unusual caveats. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Shelia. She listed & sold my old house and at the same time helped me to find & purchase my new home (we even got to close on both the same morning)...as well as get a fair price for both. She made the whole experience fairly effortless for me, as she took care of ALL OF THE DETAILS throughout my sale and purchase. She was my friend, my voice, and my encouragement along the way. She listened attentively to my concerns/wants/needs and gently & graciously led me through all of the unknowns & hurdles that are typical in real estate deals...

Everybody says they have a good realtor, but it’s only because they don’t likely know what a good realtor really is. Sheila Lunsford is the embodiment of everything you want in someone who is responsible for brokering what is likely the largest or one of the largest purchases you will ever make. It goes beyond just the experience and decades in the field. It’s about the personal consideration she gives to your whole situation, your family and your future. She responds to inquiries at the expense of her own personal life and has a soft touch for hard conversations. She’s connected to great people in every field for repairs, upgrades or additions. When I think of a true one stop shop, I honestly think of Sheila. She never lost her patience with our process despite our many stumbling blocks and she always did what was right no matter what. As a home builder I get to work with many agents from all walks of life. Some good some not so good.
